Two owners of SECTRAN had not thought that they would ever be co-owners at such a unique company during the last years of the past millennium when they started together their higher education. However their mutual dream was to make something good, something completely new, they both chose different ways for the next couple of years.
SECTRAN repesents the successful cross of their separated ways which has been resulting in great improvements in supply chain security, as well as in the company’s life day by day.
Melinda Muray - managing director&owner
Graduated in economics faculty of commerce at Budapest Business School in 1999. She started to work on the field of accountancy under the wings of an experienced auditor and continued her study at Budapest University of Economic Sciences and Public Administration. She gained postgraduate degree in finance in 2002. This year she changed her job and spent the next 6 years in the government administration.
2008 was the year when she together with a young team had a go at a new start-up company called SECTRAN. She has been in charge of managing director since the mid of 2009. These days she focuses mainly on the company’s strategy, business development and strategic projects.
Tímea Garai - managing director&owner
Graduated in economics, specializing in marketing, PR and advertisement at Budapest Business School in 1999. She gained her business management experiences at multinational companies, spent 5 years at Nestlé Hungary then managed her own retail company from 2006 to 2011.
She has been working for SECTRAN since June, 2012. Initially all marketing activities were managed by her, presently she is responsible for the daily operations of the company, including supervision and development of effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes and costs as well as the implementation and support of long-term operational plans and organizational mission.She is married, mother of two children.
